Make sure you first register your jewelry for the free warranty. Send us your order number and full shipping address and we’ll get a replacement out to you right away.
Does tarnishing and fading from water fall under warranty?
Yes, we will replace a product that got damaged from water.
Is it safe to shower with it?
Although we haven’t had issues with our necklaces being exposed to water, we don’t recommend wearing them in water since over time, this may cause the necklaces to lose color and shine.

Do your products tarnish or are really silver/gold?
